Igor, the owner, came out the very next day to have a look and had a crew on site the following day to take down sheetrock and diagnose the issue. By the third day, in a narrow window between the rain clouds, he had the deck sealed and a new drain installed. Since then the leak was gone, despite heavy rains for several weeks after. This was a situation where I needed urgent attention–ripe conditions for being taken advantage of–but Noble was professional through and through, Igor is a veteran of his craft, knew what to do, showed up as promised and delivered high quality work executed expediently.
